Who am I and what is CRD Analyzing?
Hello. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Carl R. Drucke, a Registered Civil Engineer and Licensed Real Estate Broker. CRD Analyzing is a consulting Civil Engineering and Real Estate company. I decided to start CRD Analyzing to provide general Civil Engineering and Real Estate services.
I will be happy to assist you in providing adviceor work in the capacity that I see fit towards individuals and groups. If I can create or do something for others through this site then it is more than serving its purpose.

CRD Analyzing provides general Civil Engineering and Real Estate brokerage services.
I generally charge by the hour for my consulting services. However, some projects can occassionally be quoted at a fixed price. I often recomment to new clients that they consider this per-project option during an evaluation phase. New clients also use our hourly support when they need immediate assistance.
